The location was wonderful if you like the quieter end of town. Easy to walk to Skytree for great shopping and food options galore. The hotel itself is a quirky boutique style. The staff are lovely and the rooms are clean. We’d only book the suites or deluxe rooms as the rest are teeny tiny! The only thing that is really challenging is the hard beds. They are HARD. People are not exaggerating about this. I love a very soft bed and survived though. Although I did double up a quilt under my sheet to cope. I’d stay here again and I’d book the atelier or library suite for the whole time. We only had one night in the atelier and then deluxe rooms for the rest of the stay.

Initally i made a mistake booking room for 2 pax instead of 3 pax. Subsequently, i contacted the hotel to change it to a triple room and it was confirmed prior to us departing for Japan on 22 May. Our room was quite spacious with a view of Tokyo Sky Tree. There was room for us to open our 3 luggage.

For our first stop in Japan we opted to stay at this hotel for 3 nights, and overall, this accommodation exceeded our expectations. - Amazing location, situated in a quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes away from the Tokyo Sky Tree and the metro which makes it very easy to reach. If you're coming from Narita Airport, you have a direct train which stops at Oshiage Station. Plenty of konbini and restaurants around. - We stayed in a Deluxe Twin room and considering this is Tokyo, it was very spacious. Plenty of space to walk around the room and have both of our medium sized luggage bags open. The room was very clean and felt "new". You have pretty much everything that you would need in terms of amenities, towels, slippers, iron, hair dryer etc. . You really don't have to bring anything with you. - The staff was very nice and spoke English. Check in was pretty fast and when we left, they were kind enough to store our luggage for free until a later time in the day. Be aware that the city tax is not included in the price and you'll have to pay it separately upon arrival. If you don't have any cash, they accept card payments.

The layout of the room and the management of storage space are pretty good. Best thing is location (can see the SKYTREE directly)

Amazing hotel hotel deserves a stop to talk about it. First, the building is an architectural masterpiece, and what makes it even more beautiful is the addition of natural wood, both outside and inside the hotel, in a striking, elegant and modern way. Room is comfortable, modern, clean and contains everything necessary. Shower is very wonderful. Vew from my room is beautiful. Rooftop has an amazing view of the city and the Sky Tree Tower. Employees are polite and helpful and speak English fluently. The area is very well-served, and most importantly, it is close to the train station for Handa and Narita airports.

Everything was excellent in this property. Cool architecture designed by Kengo Kuma. Few minutes from Oshiage Sky tree station. There is a pharmacy and konbini across the street, a Yoshinoya right beside the building. The staff is very helpful. In our case we travelled in December 2024 - January 2025, and our son became very sick. Though initially I am the one who searched for a clinic that is open, they helped us make sure that the clinic is open on January 1st which is a big holiday. Overall it is a very nice hotel, in a quiet location.

Modern and well-kept property. Super close to transit and food options, including a few grocery stores, Yoshinoya, a karaage spot and much much more! It’s close to the mall and Tokyo Sky Tree…great location!!

Stayed on the first stop of our honeymoon. The staff were very attentive and friendly, and the room was wonderful (we stayed in the Atelier Suite) - a very large room! They have a roof terrace with great views of the Sky tree, and a comfortable lobby with free tea, coffee, and flavored waters. Nearby to the Sky tree, which is full of eateries and shopping opportunities. Also a 30 min walk from Senso-Ji temple, which has lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Fairly easy to get around as there is an underground station nearby.

We LOVE the view of Skytree from rooftop. There are supermarket and take away shops which was open until late night around the hotel. Easy and less than 10 minutes walk from Oshiage station. A little longer walk from Skytree station, but it was still easy and short enough for us. The breakfast is open til late morning compared to other hotels in Japan. There were really limited selection at breakfast which were 4 different breads, but it worked good for us as we ended up trying many foods around Asakusa.

Stayed for one night at the ONE@Tokyo so we could explore more of the area near Tokyo Skytree. Found it easy to get to from Oshiage station. Walking distance to Skytree. Check in was quick and service throughout our stay was good. Modern room with comfy bed. View from the rooftop was amazing especially at night! They also have heaps of teas available during your stay that you can get during your stay from the lobby - good if you're a big tea drinker!
