For our first stop in Japan we opted to stay at this hotel for 3 nights, and overall, this accommodation exceeded our expectations. - Amazing location, situated in a quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes away from the Tokyo Sky Tree and the metro which makes it very easy to reach. If you're coming from Narita Airport, you have a direct train which stops at Oshiage Station. Plenty of konbini and restaurants around. - We stayed in a Deluxe Twin room and considering this is Tokyo, it was very spacious. Plenty of space to walk around the room and have both of our medium sized luggage bags open. The room was very clean and felt "new". You have pretty much everything that you would need in terms of amenities, towels, slippers, iron, hair dryer etc. . You really don't have to bring anything with you. - The staff was very nice and spoke English. Check in was pretty fast and when we left, they were kind enough to store our luggage for free until a later time in the day. Be aware that the city tax is not included in the price and you'll have to pay it separately upon arrival. If you don't have any cash, they accept card payments.

We love everything about One@Tokyo. This is our 2nd time staying there. It is a great location for our family of 3 (with a toddler). Being close to Tokyo Solamachi makes it super convenient. The location is also quieter than other popular tourist areas, it definitely felt more residential, which worked great for us. Close to Skytree, Asakusa, short train ride to Ueno. Tokyo Station is about 30 minutes away with public transport. The rooms are very well designed and spacious. The view from our room overlooks train tracks and Skytree, perfect for our train obsessed toddler... Note that a lot of hotel rooms we've stayed in in Japan had windows directly facing a wall. The 1st floor lounge area is super comfortable, great when you want fuss free, quick cheap breakfast / dinners. Free coffee and pastries in the morning. Baby chairs are provided. 10/10 would stay here again.

Room with Tokyo Skytree view, walking distance to the nearest metro station and additional perk is we can take direct shuttle bus from Oshiage station to Disneyland/Disneysea. Staff is friendly and they do provide free breakfast consist of bread, pastry, fruit juice, coffee and tea. My family really enjoy the pastry provided. We checked out from this hotel on 13th of the month, and would like to thanks the Manager in the morning for helping us with our luggage transportation to the next hotel, and also the 2 lovely front desk staff they help us in the beginning. Nearby to 2 shopping centre also provide additional perks to us and finally we can use their cafeteria area for dinner if we brought back our dinner from outside.

The location was wonderful if you like the quieter end of town. Easy to walk to Skytree for great shopping and food options galore. The hotel itself is a quirky boutique style. The staff are lovely and the rooms are clean. We’d only book the suites or deluxe rooms as the rest are teeny tiny! The only thing that is really challenging is the hard beds. They are HARD. People are not exaggerating about this. I love a very soft bed and survived though. Although I did double up a quilt under my sheet to cope. I’d stay here again and I’d book the atelier or library suite for the whole time. We only had one night in the atelier and then deluxe rooms for the rest of the stay.

Great location near the Skytree and Oshiage station (which is very convenient) with plenty of shops and restaurants. Daily cleaning services and free coffee/breakfast excellent and most appreciated. Staff are warm, friendly, and were able to communicate well even though we speak minimal Japanese. Extra touches like providing toothbrushes and having umbrellas available to borrow on rainy days is great.
