The staff were very polite, friendly and professional, there was a 24 hr coffee/tea/drinks self help station (optional breakfast for 600+ yen per pax) too, rooms were clean and room service was good. Toilets were good, heated seats and auto flushing which some hotels do not have. Location is convenient, just a stone's throw away from Oshiage Station. Familymart and Kura sushi along the way. Family mart had quite a decent selection of food and snacks with sitting area and charging ports. Overall the location was very nice, family friendly neighbourhood.

The 24-hour desk was very handy as our flight was heavily delayed. We didn't arrive for check-in until 2:00am. The room was breathtaking. Bed was firm, but I like a firm bed, bath and shower was amazing, great view of tokyo tower. The first morning, we were late for breakfast, but they still served us, and the chef even helped carry it up to our room! The food was exceptional. They spoke good English and were always willing to help. The final morning, we had the bread box for breakfast, which was basic, but what we wanted. Close to Tokyo tower.

So mixed feelings about this place its small but again that's tokyo but it was such a strange room and not in the good way. I was like yay artsy and it looked unfinished almost. It was good value for money though so I don't exactly care. Our view was a rooftop with a stained creepy lounge chair that genuinely looks like someone got murdered on it but it was so strange it was kinda funny. But the hallway is texas chainsaw massacre for sure it's like hmmm. Definitely was a strange hotel

Breakfast offered was great and also good priced. The hotel lobby had all sorts of tea and fresh filter coffee for free. The rooms are tastefully decorated and king room was very spacious. The rooftop was a great touch to relax and enjoy the view of Tokyo Sky Tree. Good connected to the metro lines, you can even take a direct train from the closest metro stop to the airport, which was really great since we had a lot of bags with us.

Property was clean, and had excellent amenities in the room such as hair bands, hairbrush, water, all of which was replaced daily. Location was probably the best we could have asked for in Tokyo - a quiet neighbourhood but super close to SkyTree which ended up having all the major transport links we needed which was a super great surprise. Friendly staff and good WiFi.
